Stories whispered in the dark. Todmorden has long been a focal point for UFO sightings, home to some of the UK’s most mysterious extraterrestrial encounters. From the famous Alan Godfrey case to eerie happenings on the moors, this Pennine town has inspired decades of speculation, folklore, and storytelling. In this creative writing workshop, we will delve into the world of UFOs, conspiracy theories, and the blurred boundaries between fact and fiction. Through guided exercises, discussion, and writing prompts, we will explore themes of the unknown, cosmic horror, and the psychological impact of unexplained encounters.
